Oh, those usericons? All you have to do is do the following:
1) Pick the username you would like to use.
2) Type down :icon
3) Then put down the username next to it like this :iconsweetheartmarine
4) The close it as this :icon sweetheart: (DO NOT SPACE, if I didn't I wouldn't be able to show you)
5) And your results would come out like this
And if you/or were talking about the other things like the bullets, then you would go to the icon gallery named Emoticon near the send button when you're sending a comment to a userpage.
